Hello I lost my i-94. And i just got married to a us citizen. People here in NY where I live, are telling me to go back to my country because i lost it... I am truly scared. I have been wanting to go to nursing school and despite having a 4.O I cant because of my status. It really sucks. I want to help my husband whom has helped me so much. What to do. PLEASE Tell me exactly what to do, I barely have money... :( Thanks a lot! My sister and I came at the same time on the same plane and she has her i94. Would that help?

Do you mean you lost your I-94? or did you in fact have an I-95 (crewmanʻs visa)? Either way, to replace it you must submit an I-102 application to request a replacement. The form and all instructions can be found on the U.S. State Department website at this link: www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem...CM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

I see no reason to be scared assuming you have not stayed past your departure date. Do you have your original passport? The I-94 should be attached in it. A copy will help, but I think you are going to need an original and/or replacement.

In that case an I-94 will not help you. You probably will need an immigration attorney. If you would like to talk with me about your case click on the "Contact an Attorney" link on this website or go to my website at www.myImmigration-Lawyer.com. There is a small refundable fee ($25) for an initial consultation.
