hi, my husband (green card holder) filed an i-130 petition for me in Nov 2009 and now my status in uscis on post decision activity and they ask him to pay 70$ for affidavit of support and some documents to mail them a.s.a.p meanwhile he lives in Houston and i'm in Iran , please let me know how long i have to wait and what's next?

Dear I-130 Spouse in Iran:

After your husband pays the money for the Affidavit of Support, the National Visa Center (NVC) will ask him to send some other documents. After he sends those documents, the NVC will send your paperwork to the U.S. Consulate that handles Iranians. That U.S. Consulate will send you instructions on what to do and schedule an interview to decide about your green card.

The USCIS website does not put anything in their post decision activity system about what the NVC or U.S. Consulates are doing on your case. The only way to track your case after the USCIS is finished with it, is to call or email the NVC. Their website, with contact info, is at:
