GREEN CARD LOTTERY REQUIREMENTS

green card lottery requirements

If you want to enter the Green Card Lottery you need to meet both residential and personal requirements. Please note that these requirements are strict and can change each year.

If you win, it is the most efficient way to Immigrate to the USA.

Our booklets provide additional information beyond that provided by the U.S. State Department. More importantly, we help you prevent costly mistakes. Our booklet includes more complete rules for family and extended family members; a section explaining alternate state chargeability; a full explanation of the monthly Visa Bulletin and how to use it, three chapters devoted to lottery winners, an immigration glossary, and much much more.

At least HALF of those who win the lottery FAIL to receive green cards. Many of those reasons are preventable using dozens of updated tips we provide in our booklets. We are the only company that even attempts to keep up with the rapid changes to the diversity visa program and related legislation.

The new eighth edition of Win the Green Card Lottery! has been edited by Danielle Nelisse, Immigration Attorney and is thoroughly indexed for easy reference. If you are still not convinced of the incredible value of our booklet, see the Table of Contents at myGreencard.com. Download the first three chapters of our booklet at no cost.
